Restoring Transactions (if you paid for A-list, but don't see features)

Sometimes when purchasing A-list or Incognito via the app, iTunes or Google Play won't send over that upgrade info to us right away, so we don't add those features to your account. 

Luckily, it's easy to restore your transactions and get them to send it back over to us:

1. Open up the OkCupid app
2. Tap on your profile
3. Tap on the Settings icon (a gear)
4. Tap on "Purchases"
5. Choose the transaction you'd like to restore
6. Tap to restore 


If that doesn't work, please contact us with your transaction ID that can be found on your receipt, so that we can investigate further.
